If you've already been hacked, we start with containment: take the site offline, change all credentials, scan every file for backdoors. We've seen attackers leave 3-4 different backdoors so that cleaning one still leaves them a way back in. After cleanup, we harden everything: file permissions (644 for files, 755 for directories, 600 for wp-config.php), disable file editing from the dashboard, configure the WAF, set up two-factor auth, and add file integrity monitoring. We also check your hosting — shared hosting with 200 other sites is a security problem no plugin can fix.
